Ah yes, who doesn’t love a Wayne Newton reference? As always, there is method to my madness.
I’ve noticed in the past two or three weeks, the traffic on my blog has exploded. Either FoodGawker and Tastespotting have lowered their standards or my photography has improved substantially. And apparently, my take on the Pumpkin Nutella Cheesecake hit the blogosphere at just the perfect time. It’s been featured on Yummly, as well as what appears to be a pretty popular French blog, Clea Cuisine. And so, I wanted to say thanks, and offer up a little something to you, my readers.
- 1 Can of organic pumpkin (sorry, but I just don’t trust Libby’s)
- A Box of graham crackers, for the crust (Honey Maid Grahams were what we always had when I was growing up, so they’re my favorite)
- A Jar of Nutella, for the swirl
- a $10 gift card to Bed, Bath & Beyond, so you can put it towards the purchase of a springform pan, or even a deep-dish pie pan
Which, if you end up winning, and don’t like cheesecake or don’t want to go to the trouble, I wouldn’t blame you for smearing the Nutella on the graham crackers and using the pumpkin for a pie or whatever. I’ve been thinking for awhile about doing another giveaway, and this seems like as good a time as any.
