Eating Late – Week Two and a Half

One of the things that I hoped that might result from following the plan was some weight loss. That hasn’t exactly happened, due to my schedule last week. But I haven’t gained anything either, so I’ll call it a win. I have hypothyroidism, so anytime I DON’T gain weight, I call it good.

I have found, though (in spite of last week’s schedule throwing me off) I do feel like I have a little more energy. I think that helped me get through my on-call shift, which is what I’d hoped.
