Biscoff Blondies

Adapted from Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook (1930-2000, Ltd. Edition)

Makes 24-36 bars

Oven 350°F


  • 2 C packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 C unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 C A-P flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 to 1/2 C Biscoff spread


1. Preheat oven. Grease a 13X9X2-inch baking pan & set aside. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder.

2. Spread batter in prepared pan. Drop Biscoff Spread by spoonfuls on top. Run a knife through the batter to swirl together. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until done. Cool on a wire rack; cut into bars while still warm.
