Cinnamon-Chocolate-Peanut-Butter-Chip Cookies


1 C butter (2 sticks)
1 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 C AP flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 12-oz. bag chocolate chips
1 12-oz. bag peanut butter chips


1. Preheat oven to 375°F, and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda & cinnamon. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter until light. Add in both sugars and vanilla, mixing well. Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each one. Stir in flour, a little at a time, mixing until fully incorporated. Stir in both chocolate & peanut butter chips.

2. Drop by teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each. Bake for 8-10 minutes per batch. Cool on wire racks.
