1 lb. ground beef
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 C rotini (or other similar-shaped pasta)
Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, salt & pepper to taste
1 C cheddar cheese
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Season with approx. 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, season-salt (or spices of choice), salt & pepper to taste. Stir in tomato sauce, 1 can of water (just reuse tomato sauce can), and pasta. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Add cheese & stir until melted.
