Glazed Pork Chops

(Slightly adapted from the Taste of Home Comfort Food Diet Cookbook)


1 lb. thinly sliced boneless pork loin chops
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 C reduced-sugar or sugar-free orange marmalade
2 tsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8-1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


Season the pork with the salt. In a large non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook the pork chops over medium-high heat, in batches if necessary. Reduce the heat to low, returning all the meat to the pan. Combine all the remaining ingredients, pouring over the chops, and turn to coat. Heat through, and serve chops with any remaining sauce.
