This was another recipe that went through several changes before I could settle on what I wanted to make. Initially, I thought about making cupcakes. And then cake pops. And then surprise-inside cookies. I even went and bought a couple cookie cutters to make them!
But then I opted for sprinkled and dipped spritz cookies. It had been awhile since I dug out the cookie press, and the nice thing about spritz cookies is that it makes a TON! So there were plenty to snack on.
Sprinkle Pop sent me two varieties of their sprinkles – Vintage Rose Gold, and Sea Glass. I decided to make two different spritz cookie designs so I could use both. Shells for the Sea Glass:
And whatever sort of flower that’s supposed to be for the Rose Gold:
I love the metallic sprinkle varieties, but there are SO many more! Holiday-themed ones, fun confetti shapes. And if you can’t find anything already made on their website you like, they’ll create a variety for you!
